The registration process has been changed to simplify and
expedite joining the association. Online
registration has been eliminated and the Membership
Registration Form is available for downloading and printing.
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the online
forms. If you do not have this program, click on the icon
below to download it.
Once you have downloaded Acrobat Reader, or if you already
have this program on your machine, click here to download the
Membership Registration Form.
After downloading the Registration Form, place your
cursor in the first field to begin completing the form. Use
the "Tab" key to move to the next field and all
subsequent fields. When done, press the
"Print" icon to print out the completed form, then
sign and mail it to us
at the address given on the form.
